Buttons!

Adding buttons to your knit work is a great way to make it more unique! My friend/neighbor just dropped off a box of her unwanted buttons. I organized them and took a few photos with my new canon s90 : )  Here they are:







Now all I have to do is figure out which button will work best with a hat I'm planning to start knitting soon...

    Such a nice selection of cute little buttons you got there =)

    What colored lenses you got? I am looking to recieving some new ones through the post too, I can't wait for the new release of the acuvue next year too! My sample came from Japan.

    where do you normally get your buttons from or do you know where your neighbor gets her buttons from?

    Hi, I just recently picked up knitting and I can't really grasp knitting on circular needles. Is there any way to knit a hat on straight needles? Oh and where would you put the buttons on a hat? I'm just curious to know:)
