Jenny From the Block Circle Scarf Pattern

About the Jenny From the Block Circle Scarf Pattern:
Circle scarves are definitely a must-have for this winter season! This scarf is extremely simple to knit (you only need one stitch: the knit stitch -- see the knit stitch 'how to' tutorial here). I designed this scarf to have some added texture despite just having one stitch/pattern. Since only the knit stitch is used, the ends will curl in -- creating the look of more layers/different textures even if it's only wrapped around twice.  I made this scarf for the one and only Jenny! :)

Materials I Used:
- Lion Brand Hometown USA yarn (color: Tampa Spice); 2 skeins (~150 yards)
- 36'' circular needles US size 15

The Jenny From the Block Circle Scarf Pattern:
Using 36'' US 15 circular needles, cast on 95 stitches

Round 1 : *knit*
Keep knitting in the round until desired size or until you finish the yarn from 2 skeins.
Bind off.

(Be sure you use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round so you know when to start binding off.)

Yes, it really is that simple!  Just one stitch: the knit stitch, and you've got your lovely circle scarf!
Have fun and be sure to send me pictures if you decide to give this pattern a try.

Happy Knitting, all!

    1. @mjp -- I'm sorry I didn't measure the width of the scarf before I sent it off =\ I will try to remember to do that next time. I just knit until I finished the 2 skeins of Lion Brand Hometown USA yarn. If I had to guess, the scarf is about 10-12 inches in width

  11. Did you make it a circle by just sewing the two sides together?
